A feed started on one phone shows as running on every phone in the log. Each person logs under their own name, and the timeline says who did what. You and two more log free.

## How long since the last feed?

The Today widget shows how long it has been. Trends shows feeds over the last 30 days, free.

## A reminder when a feed is due

Pick 2 to 4 hours in Settings. It stays on your Lock Screen on iPhone, or as a pinned notification on Android, until someone logs a feed or 3 hours pass. It needs your log backed up with an email.
