# HiLo Baby Tracker: a free app to share with your partner

Free baby tracker.

Tap a side. Your partner sees it.

HiLo Baby is a free baby tracker for feeds, sleep, diapers and pumping, on both phones.

[Download on the App Store](https://apps.apple.com/app/apple-store/id6828466496?pt=129704967&ct=home-md&mt=8) - [Get it on Google Play](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=baby.hilo.app&referrer=utm_source%3Dhilo.baby%26utm_medium%3Dwebsite%26utm_campaign%3Dhome-md)

Or use it in your browser at [app.hilo.baby](https://app.hilo.baby/).

## Invite your partner, or the nanny.

Send a link. You and 2 more log free, each on your own phone. Start a feed on one phone and the same timer runs on the other; switch sides on either and both follow.

## Siri on iPhone: Hands full? Tell Siri.

Log feeds, diapers and naps by voice, free on iPhone.

- "Siri, which side is next in HiLo": Lily last fed 3 minutes ago, left side next.
- "Siri, start a feed in HiLo": Feeding Lily on the left. Say stop the feed when you're done.
- "Siri, switch sides in HiLo": Switched to the right.
- "Siri, stop the feed in HiLo": Fed for 14 minutes. Logged.
- "Siri, log a wet diaper in HiLo": Wet diaper logged for Lily.
- "Siri, log a dirty diaper in HiLo": Dirty diaper logged for Lily.
- "Siri, baby is asleep in HiLo": Lily is asleep.
- "Siri, baby is awake in HiLo": Lily is awake after 48 minutes.
- "Siri, how was the day in HiLo": In the last 24 hours Lily had 2 feeds, 1 minute of sleep and 3 diapers.

## Every way to log, one log.

Tap Siri, a widget, Control Center or Jack's phone. It all lands in one log.

Ways in: Siri on iPhone, the Lock Screen feed timer, Home Screen widgets on iPhone and Android, Control Center on iPhone, Quick Settings tiles on Android ("Start a feed" and "Asleep"), the web app in any browser, and your partner's phone. Each entry shows who logged it, and the rest of the family gets a notification like "Jack logged a feed".

## See the pattern, not just the night.

The last 30 days are free. A year comes with Plus.

Trends shows Sleep, Feeding and Diapers over 7, 30 and 90 days and a year, with a bar for each day, week or month. 90 days and the year are in HiLo Plus, $29.99 a year. The window on the home page uses a sample year for a baby called Lily, not real data or norms. [See what Plus costs](https://hilo.baby/pricing)

## Free feed reminder: Feed due? It waits on your Lock Screen.

On both your phones, and gone once she's fed.

Pick an interval from 2 to 4 hours, in half hours, in Settings and HiLo reminds you when a feed is due: "Lily's feed is due", with the time of the last feed and the time since it counting up. On iPhone it stays on the Lock Screen as a Live Activity with Start left and Start right, the side used last marked "last side"; after a bottle it offers Start breast and Log bottle. On Android it is a pinned notification with the same buttons. It goes away once a feed is logged on any phone in the family.

## HiLo Plus: Plus tells you what comes next.

Lily's next nap, before she's cranky. On iPhone the nap reminder sits on the Lock Screen 15 minutes before the nap window opens and counts down to it. Opens with the App Store launch. 14 days free, no card. [See what Plus costs](https://hilo.baby/pricing)

## Milestones: Tick off milestones. Keep every first.

The CDC checklists from 2 months to 5 years, and your own firsts.

Tick what Lily does on the CDC's "Learn the Signs. Act Early." checklist for her age, and add the firsts no checklist has, like first steps. A first keeps the date it happened. Everyone in the log sees ticks and firsts on their own phone. HiLo Baby keeps track; it isn't medical advice, so talk to your doctor about any worry. [See the milestone tracker](https://hilo.baby/baby-milestones-tracker)

Milestones and tips from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's "Learn the Signs. Act Early." program, available at no charge at cdc.gov/ActEarly. HiLo Baby is not affiliated with CDC. Use of this material does not imply endorsement by CDC, HHS or the United States Government.

## Questions parents ask first.

### Is it really free?

Yes. Logging is free, with no ads. HiLo Plus opens with the App Store launch, with next nap times for $29.99 a year, 14 days free.

### Can my partner use it too?

Yes. Send an invite link from the app, and you and 2 more people log free, each on your own phone.

### Is it on iPhone and Android?

Yes, and one log syncs between them. On a computer, use app.hilo.baby.

### Does it work offline?

Yes. Every entry saves on your phone first and syncs when you're back online.

### Is my baby's data private?

Yes. No ads, nothing sold, and only the people you invite see the log. hilo.baby/privacy has the details.

### Can I switch from Nara Baby or Huckleberry?

Yes. Export your log there, then pick the file in HiLo Baby. It's read on your phone, never uploaded.

### Can I track twins or more than one baby?

Yes. Add each child and switch between them at the top of the log. Every entry belongs to one child, so twins each get their own feeds, sleep and diapers.

### Does it work for a newborn?

Yes. Add your baby's name and birth date and log the next feed. Feeds, sleep and diapers take one tap, and pumping has a timer for each side.

## Tonight: The highs, the lows, and the feed at 3:12.

Your next feed is the first entry.
