Yes. Download it and print it, with no email and no sign-up.

### What's on it?

One row per entry: the time, minutes on each breast, the bottle, wet and dirty diapers, sleep from and to, and notes.

### Which paper sizes are there?

US Letter and A4, each one page.

### Can I move a sheet into the app later?

Yes, by hand. Tap Already fed? in HiLo Baby and add each feed at the time it happened. There is no way to scan a sheet.

### Does it say how much to feed?

No. The sheet is for your records and gives no medical advice. For your baby's health, ask your doctor.
