# HiLo Baby support: help and contact Help and contact How can we help? Write to hello@hilo.baby and a person reads it. A person reads every email. Send it from the address on your log, if it has one, and if something isn't syncing, say which phone or browser you were on. To answer you, we may look at your log. HiLo Baby is made by Logesh Tech Solutions. ## Signing in There is no password. Enter your email and we send a six-digit code and a link. Type the code where you asked for it, or open the link on the device you want to sign in on. Each works once, for ten minutes. If the email hasn't come, check your spam folder, then ask for a new code. If you're new, the same code creates your account. ## Inviting someone Only the person who started a log can invite, once the log has an email. Each person you invite signs in with their own email and logs under their own name. On iPhone or Android, tap Invite someone by link on the You tab, or Invite someone on the card that shows on the Log tab, and send the link in WhatsApp or Messages. It works once, for three days. In the browser, tap your initial at the top, then Invite a caregiver. Send the invite to their email, where it lasts seven days, or send a link, which works once, for three days. Whoever opens a link first joins the log, so send it only to the person it is for. ## Joining someone's log If someone already logs for your baby, don't start a new log. Ask them for a link. They send it from the app, where they tap Invite someone by link on the You tab, or from the browser, where they tap their initial, then Invite a caregiver. Open the link on your phone. With HiLo Baby installed, it opens in the app. If not, it opens in your browser, and you can join there or get the app first. Sign in with your email: we send a code, no password. Pick how they'll see you and tap Join. What you log shows up for everyone, with your name beside it. Already joined on another phone? Sign in with the same email. ## Moving to a new phone If your log has an email, open HiLo Baby on the new phone, tap I already have an account and sign in with the same email. The whole log comes across. On iPhone, a log with no email is copied to your own iCloud while iCloud is on for HiLo. Install HiLo Baby on the new iPhone, signed in to the same Apple Account, and tap Restore this log on the welcome screen. On Android and in a browser, a log with no email stays on that device. Add your email before you switch. ## Moving from the browser to the app Add your email in the browser to back up the log. Then open the app, tap I already have an account and sign in with the same email. A log with no email stays in the browser it started in. ## Notifications Notifications come from HiLo's servers, so they need your log backed up with an email. Then choose the ones you want under Notifications, on the You tab in the app or in Settings in the browser. Each phone or browser keeps its own choices. In the browser on iPhone, notifications work only once HiLo Baby is on your Home Screen. The iPhone app doesn't need that. If they still don't arrive, check that notifications for HiLo are allowed in the phone's own settings. ## HiLo Plus HiLo Plus is bought once for the whole family, in the iPhone or Android app, and works on every phone in the log and in the browser. Our pricing page at https://hilo.baby/pricing says what it adds. Cancel any time in the App Store or Google Play. If one phone doesn't show Plus, sign in with the same email on it, then tap HiLo Plus on the You tab and Restore purchases. Logging never stops if Plus ends. ## Deleting your data You can delete your account yourself, or ask us to: - On iPhone or Android: the You tab, then Delete account, under Account - In the browser: your initial at the top, then Settings, then Delete account - By email: write to hello@hilo.baby from the address on the log Deleting your account deletes every log you started, for everyone who shares it, from our servers. What you logged in someone else's log stays there. To delete one log and keep your account, the person who started it taps Delete this household on the You tab in the iPhone or Android app. Every caregiver loses it after their next sync. By email, tell us which log. Within 30 days we delete the log, everything in it and your account, and let you know when it is done. A log with no email is not on our servers, and in a browser, clearing this site's data removes it. Our privacy page at https://hilo.baby/privacy says what we keep and where. ## Where to get HiLo Baby Get HiLo Baby from the App Store on iPhone (iOS 18 or later) or from Google Play on Android (Android 10 or later). Our Android page at https://hilo.baby/android says what the Android app does. HiLo Baby also runs in any browser at https://app.hilo.baby/ on iPhone, Android or a computer. With an email, one log stays in sync across all of them. ## The short answers ### What is HiLo Baby? HiLo Baby is a free baby tracker app for iPhone and Android, for feeds, sleep, diapers and pumping. It remembers which side is next, keeps logging with no signal, and lets you and two more share one log free, each on their own phone. It also runs in the browser at app.hilo.baby. ### How do I share it with my partner? Add your email to back up the log. Then tap Invite someone by link on the You tab in the app, or Invite a caregiver under your initial in the browser, and send the link in WhatsApp or Messages. Your partner opens it, signs in with their own email and logs under their own name. You and two more people log free. HiLo Plus covers anyone after that. ### How do I join a log someone else started? Ask them for a link. Open it on your phone: it opens in HiLo Baby if you have the app. Sign in with your email, add your name and tap Join. Don't start a log of your own. ### Do I need an account? No. Open the app, add your name and your baby's name and birth date, and log the next feed. You only add an email when you want to share the log or back it up, and there is never a password. ### Can I log without opening the app? Yes. On iPhone, start, switch and stop a feed from the Lock Screen, use the widgets and Control Center, or ask Siri: "Start a feed in HiLo" or "Which side is next in HiLo". On Android, use the home screen widgets, the Quick Settings tiles or the feed timer in the notification. All free. ### What is HiLo Plus? HiLo Plus opens with the App Store launch. It tells you your baby's next nap time and bedtime, makes a report for the doctor from the last 7, 14 or 30 days, opens Trends over 90 days, a year and back to the first day, and lets you invite more than two caregivers. It's $3.99 a month or $29.99 a year for the whole family, on every phone. Try it free for 14 days, with no card. Without it, nothing you log is ever locked. hilo.baby/pricing has the whole list. ### What can I track? A breastfeeding timer for each side, bottles, solids, sleep, diapers and pumping, plus weight, length and head size on the WHO growth charts, temperature, medicine, vaccines, milestones on the CDC checklists, firsts and routines, in ml or oz. Trends show sleep, feeds and diapers over the last 30 days free, and over 90 days and a year with HiLo Plus. ### Can I track twins or more than one baby? Yes. Add each child and switch between them at the top of the log. Every entry belongs to one child, so twins each get their own feeds, sleep and diapers. ### Does it handle a baby born early? Yes. Add the due date to your baby's details in the browser, and HiLo Baby shows the adjusted age, in the browser and on the phones. ### How do I get in touch? Email hello@hilo.baby. A person reads every email. If something isn't syncing, say which phone or browser you were on. HiLo Baby is made by Logesh Tech Solutions. ### My sign-in code hasn't come. What now? Check your spam folder, then ask for a new code. Each code and link works once, for ten minutes, so use the newest email. ### Why can't I invite anyone? Only the person who started the log can invite, and only once the log has an email. Anyone else in the log can ask them to send the invite. ### Why doesn't my invite work? Each invite works once. A link lasts three days and an emailed invite seven. If it has been used or has run out, ask whoever invited you to send a new one. ### Will I lose my log if I change phones? Not once it has an email: sign in with the same email on the new phone and the log comes across. On iPhone, a log with no email can come back from your iCloud. On Android and in a browser, a log with no email stays on that device. ### Can you answer questions about my baby's health? No. HiLo Baby records what happened and does not give medical advice. For your baby's health, ask your doctor. ### Is HiLo Baby in the App Store and on Google Play? Yes. Get HiLo Baby free from the App Store on iPhone or from Google Play on Android. One log stays in sync between an iPhone and an Android phone. On a computer, it runs in the browser at app.hilo.baby.
