The terms for using HiLo Baby.

What HiLo Baby is

HiLo Baby is a baby tracker for the parents and caregivers who look after a baby. It records feeds, sleep, diapers, pumping, growth and health entries, and shares one log with the people you invite. Logging is free.

HiLo Baby is not a medical device and gives no medical advice. A next nap time, a trend or a report is a record of what you logged, not a diagnosis. For your baby's health, ask your doctor, and in an emergency call your local emergency number.

Your log and the people in it

What you log is yours. You are responsible for what you log and for who you invite. Everyone you invite sees the whole log and can add to it, so invite only people you trust with your baby's details.

You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live. HiLo Baby is for adults looking after a baby, not for children to use.

HiLo Plus

HiLo Plus opens with the App Store launch. It is $3.99 a month or $29.99 a year for the whole household, bought in the iPhone or Android app. Apple or Google takes the payment and charges your Apple or Google account. Prices can differ by country, and the store shows the price before you buy.

HiLo Plus renews by itself at the end of each month or year unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Cancel or change it in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and Plus stays on until the end of the period you paid for.

Each household can try HiLo Plus free for 14 days, once. If the app says the trial needs no card, nothing is charged when it ends. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own rules.

If HiLo Plus ends, nothing you logged is locked or lost. Plus features stop until someone in the household buys it again. If the price changes, the store tells you before you renew at the new price.

Fair use

Don't use HiLo Baby to harm anyone, to break the law, to get into someone else's log, or to overload or attack the service. Don't copy or resell the app. We may suspend an account that does.

If you got HiLo Baby from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (opens in a new tab) also applies. Apple and Google are not responsible for the app or its support. We are.

What we can and can't promise

We work to keep your log safe, in sync and available, but we can't promise HiLo Baby will never fail or lose an entry. HiLo Baby is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, Logesh Tech Solutions is not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for HiLo Plus in the last 12 months.

Nothing here takes away rights you have under the consumer law where you live.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, where Logesh Tech Solutions is based. If we can't settle a dispute by email, it goes to the courts of India, unless the consumer law where you live lets you bring it there.

Ending, changes and contact

You can stop using HiLo Baby at any time and delete your account, as the privacy page explains.

When these terms change, the date at the top changes too. If a change matters for how you use HiLo Baby, we say so in the app or by email before it applies. Questions? Write to hello@hilo.baby.
